Follow Your Dreams is a Charity that raises awareness and helps young people with learning disabilities to realise their full potential within Sport, Art, Music, Drama and ICT.
We also offer help and support to improve Confidence, Personal Development and Self Esteem, preparing youngsters with learning disabilities for independent living and employment.
