Since January 2013, I've been responsible as CEO for staff leadership, management and administration of our Charity in the execution of the Board of trustees' policies. Although my job is extremely busy, in and out of the office, I absolutely love doing what we do! Who wouldn't like seeing happy smiling childrens faces when they are encouraged to improve their skills, develop talent, and achieve their dreams? Day in day out, we help children to believe in themselves, and realise their potential. I get involved in everything from fundraising, to making dreams come true, delivering workshops, even making the tea sometimes! I am blessed with a team that believe in our vision, they live it and breathe it, all giving up spare time to volunteer and fundraise.
I live in Miskin, so quite near to our offices in Church Village, and have a wonderful husband and family nearby who support my role, and my favourite hobby is my dogs - Lennox our Shar Pei, and Paisley our Labrador. I enjoy personal development, inspired by people like Tony Robbins (world renowned peak performance strategist). You can often find me on social media such as facebook and twitter, where I love chatting with our fundraisers, children we work with, their parents, carers, and the thousands of supporters we have worldwide.
