She has taken part in three dance-a-thon's ranging from 5 to 7 hours, A three legged majorette twirl, run her own online charity pageants and building the websites for them, run name the teddy games, organised lucky numbers raffles and contacted companies for prize donations, ran a psychic night and arranged pamper and shopping evenings.
Courtney-Lee’s little sister Kacey-Lee has severe autism, even though faced with so many challenges in her life, she is the most amazing person and is her true inspiration.
Courtney-Lee is recently helped us organise a workshop at the Treetops School in Essex, and visited the school representing our charity in December presenting the children with gifts and an invitation to the workshop in January. The children absolutely adored her, and presented a book the class had made with their hand prints in, a beautiful array of flowers made from pipe cleaners and tissue paper with their names on them, and two bracelets, she was absolutely thrilled. She assisted hands on with the children on the day, and even dressed up as Minnie Mouse.
She told us “I think being given the opportunity to be an Ambassador for a charity organisation as amazing as Follow Your Dreams is the ultimate honour and I am be thrilled to be involved with helping in some way with your fantastic work”.
