Mike Phillips Fundraiser

Our Charity Patron Mike Phillips is raising funds for Follow Your Dreams.  He has signed his rugby shirt from the England v Wales match on Sunday, which we have recorded and photographed for authenticity.  You can win this shirt, the video and photographs on CD and printed, and a signed photograph - simply by donating £2 to our Charity.  The more times you enter, the more chance you have of winning, and every penny donated will come to our Charity, and directly benefit children and young people with learning disabilities throughout England and Wales.

• Entry is open to residents of the UK
• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Follow Your Dreams relating to any post-winning publicity
• The winner  will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date Saturday 15^th March
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random
• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize
