Follow Your Dreams would like to say a massive thank you to pupils at Garth Olwg School in Tonteg, Rhondda Cynon Taff, who recently raised an amazing £453.58 for the charity by holding a fancy dress day at their school.  On the day, pupils were allowed to come to school dressed in fancy dress as as a person from another country, in return for a small donation.  This is a fantastic example of how a simple and fun community event can raise enough funds to potentially cover the whole cost of fulfilling a young person’s dream.  We visited the school on 5th November to thank the pupils personally, tell them a little about how their money will be spent helping children with learning disabilities locally to their school, and present them with a certificate of our appreciation.  We would like to congratulate Garth Olwg for organising such a brilliant fundraising event – well done, guys!
