Last month we took our very own Mr Tumble tribute act – who puts on a wonderful show in the vain of the TV show Mr Tumble, full of songs, games and signing – on a mini tour of schools in South Wales and The South West of England.  On Thursday 7th November we visited Ty Coch Special School’s nursery and infants classes, where 35 very excited children got to have the experience of interacting up close with one of their favourite Children’s TV Entertainers.  After a wonderful show at Ty Coch, it was time to head to our next School, Tremains Primary in Bridgend.  Here we brought the show to the whole infants year of 200 pupils who were delighted to see their famous visitor arrive at their dinner hall!  This event was a lovely opportunity for their mainstream pupils and their pupils with special educational needs to interact and have lots of fun together, with one child even remarking that this had been the best day of his life!

The fun didn’t stop there because the following day we took the show on the road to Bristol.  On the Friday morning we visited Briar Wood Special School, where he performed for over 40 of their pupils in the main hall, and in the afternoon we surprised pupils at New Fosseway School with a visit and a show from their favourite TV personality too.

What a wonderful two days with so much smiling, laughter and fun!  We very much look forward to bringing the show to a school near you soon!
